“I purchased one for me and one for my wife. Both are still brand new and unused because we can't use. I filled it up and put it in the passenger seat. When I grabbed it I notice the seat is soaked. The "flip" lid doesn't close or seal. It.was very disappointing. I was very excited about this product. As it does seem like a good product, for me it is useless as it is. Improvement is needed...”

“This is by far my favorite jug. The size is big enough to carry a ton of water when I'm acting on movie sets, but not so big that its difficult to carry. The handle feels amazing. Its so comfortable that it actually feels like an extension of your self while carrying it. The quality is also top tier. I am a huge fan of Hydrojug. My last jug broke at the seams and they immediately replaced it with no issue at all. The lady I spoke to was very nice and went above and beyond to make me happy. She even exchanged it for the color I wanted since my first one was a gift. My one and only complaint is that it took close to two months to receive it due to it being out of stock. I will say that the wait was definitely worth it.
