“This has been an awful experience. I have yet to receive my item and it has been nearly two months. It was originally shipped but you messed up the labeling so it was sent back. I talked with a rep after a week of waiting for a response over email and was told another would be shipped but that was weeks ago now and I still have no jug. Not to mention I wasn't sent any kind of feedback or tracking information to confirm it was actually sent out again. To not get any kind of deal here is quite frustrating. I loved my original jug and was happy to place another order but after this mess I don't see how I can recommend or return. I just want the damn jug I ordered 2 months ago”
