“I received this AS A GIFT-WAS REALLY EXCITED, but I couldn't get the plastic smell out of it. since I didn't order it myself they wouldn't exchange it for my-I tried all of the things they said to do.. now it smells like a plastic-vinager-peace of vanilla.. beware!!”

“I love the concept and the color of my jugg and sleeve. However, I like my water cold and have found that my ice melts way too fast. Also a sleeve is a must due to the jug sweating. Sadly, for these reasons, I don't use my jug.”
