“It's a little bit hard to handle because of the size. Also, I have sensitive teeth and because of the way the mouth& strawpiece fit, it makes it difficult for me to drink the cold water without letting the water hit my front teeth. However, it's a beautiful jug. I've been wanting to grab a smaller (traveler) jug that I like and that would be more ideal for me, but the company isn't very good at keeping stock nor responding to emails. I also have trouble with their app.”
