“I absolutely love this product. The only issue I had with it is that it took a month an a half to get to me. Said it was in transit for 5 weeks. When I reached out to anyone I would get “we will send you an email when it’s shipped” I kept telling them that it was shipped already. I have spent a lot of money buying 4 tumblers and two jugs. I just wasn’t happy with customer service at all.
