“For starters, I never received my order. I tried contacting the company support and it takes DAYS to get a response. It has been over 2 weeks since I was told I was being shipped a replacement order and it still hasn't gone out for delivery. I've emailed 3 times now without a response, they're not helpful or prompt with responses. This was a specific request for a Christmas gift or else I'd cancel it immediately and order elsewhere, now I'm not even sure it if will be here for the holiday. Although I ordered it a month ago. VERY unhappy”
