“This makes you drink enough fluids. I have POTS and mix in some electrolyte mix usually along with other flavorings. It makes me drink the amount I should. Find the straw incredibly helpful too. I bought the black top separate but really think it makes it look cuter and having an extra top never hurts. It washes in washer so helps keep it really clean. Markings go up to 73 but it probably really holds 78 or so as goes a bit above top mark.”
