“I had this jug for a week in the sleeve before the condensation around it made it slip out of the sleeve and shatter on the floor. I contacted customer service and they wanted a picture before they would replace it. So I bought a cheaper but better quality jug on amazon that is thicker material and won't be affected by condensation. Don't buy this one.”
