“I have purchased two HydroJugs and I dropped both of them and they cracked immediately. I had a carrying case on one of them. I understand it is completely my fault for dropping them. I just thought they would be more durable.”

“I only gave it 3 stars because the seal keeps falling out of the lid every time I wash it. I even received a replacement lid after I was sent the YouTube video on how to put the seal back in. The lid needs to go to back to the drawing board to fix the seal issue. I have plenty of water bottles and this is the only that gives me grief. I do LOVE that I don't have to refill it constantly. I wish that the Hydro Sleeve would actually keep my water cold but it too does not. Overall. I'm happy because of the amount of water it does hold thus the purchase in the first place. But I wouldn't buy another one unless these issues were truly fixed.”
