“I was excited to receive my HydroJug and was instantly disappointed after using it. The logo print on the strap was backwards, the trap was twisted with no way to fix itself, and after only 2 weeks, the top of the bottle is spilling water when it was NEVER dropped. I'm really upset and wish I could get a refund.”
“I love the look of the jug and the colors! But unfortunately i dont know if my jug was just a bad one or what happened but it was always hard to get the lid to open! And then one day it just snapped :( wish we could just buy a new lid to replace the broken one. Love how much water it holds though.”
