“I gave this as a gift and it broke from my friend dropping it lightly on pavement while at work. She is a security officer and rides a bike so she wanted this to be able to stay hydrated and assumed it would be able to take a couple of drops. Such a disappointment.”
“I LOVE this jug. But I have one major problem that sometimes keeps me from using it. It leaks so bad. I read all the information about the seal and watched videos, and every time I put the lid on I check the seal well and screw it on carefully. Maybe I just got a defective lid with a bad seal. Not sure. Love the jug but I do have to pack it into my car well or hold it while I'm driving, other wise it will fall over and I'll have 70oz of water in my floorboard”
“After using for a month, the seal on the inside of the lid broke off. Cannot get it to go back on, so water leaks everywhere whenever I drink out of it. The lid is also separating, and there are two holes in the lid. Not the quality I was expecting.”
