“The first lid on my hydro jug came apart at a seam. I was able to get them to send me a new lid at no cost. However, the new lid just did the same thing. Cheaply made.”
“Cheap plastic, and I ordered the camo insulated bag which came with a broken clip. I contacted hydro jug for a replacement which they said they would send and never received it. Waste of money.”
“Nice quality. Like the straw option. But it doesn't fit securely in the jug and when it is being used, the lid doesn't snap closed very easily...my daughter was using it and thought she closed it properly, but it came loose and soaked her bag. Having a lock feature on the opening would be great. But, overall love the color and quality for the price.”
“It slid right out of my hydro camo carrier and cracked open. Didnt even have it a month. They are pretty fragile so just be careful. Other than that I loved it while I had it . Dint think I'll get another one. Its pricey to replace everytime it cracks.”
