“I always drink more water when I have my HydroJug with me. Besides that the color is beautiful and the lid is easy to wash unlike some other water bottles I've had in the past.”

When the package arrived, it just had a lid. Tried to contact customer service again, they would would never respond to me. They pretty much stole money from me. Do not purchase from this company.”

I can see this from the other side of the office aaand it makes drinking a gallon easier than learning the ABCs! The design is also convenient and easy to hold it you don't have the carriersleeve on it. I'm definitely getting another as my husband keeps "borrowing" mine. I love it!”
“The idea of having a jug with a sleeve that would make it easy to carry around was appealing to me. After only using it 1 time the seal kept coming out. I contacted them and they sent me a link to YouTube on instructions on how to fix it . I tried it and it didn't work and asked if they could send me another cap. They told me to send pictures and this point after ordering the jug with accessories and spending close to 65 for this bottle I told them I would not waste my time taking pictures! Horrible customer service and needless to say the seal is still coming out. Won't order again!”
