“Took three times the business days to receive than I paid for. The package was open and bottle appears used when I received it. It did not come with the free sleeve like the promotion offered, and customer service never fully read my correspondences asking why I had these issues. Nothing offered to fix the issues, and all responses from the customer service rep showed a lack of reading the email they were responding too. Very disappointed in this company. I had been on the fence for about a year on ordering a hydrojug, and now I seriously regret the purchase.”
