“I was so excited to get my jug as I have wanted one for a long time. It is very cute and I love the options for customization with the sleeves, but if you're like me and need your water to be ice cold all the time to be able to stand it, this jug does a terrible job of keeping ice for more than 10 min, the flip top is hard to open and close sometimes, having to bend the straw to close it is weird and seems like it will end up damaging the straw over time. Besides not keeping ice, my biggest issue is that I use flavor packets for my water and after 8 hrs, the straw and bottle have a weird taste from the flavoring. It doesn't seem that I can wash it away completely either. The shoulder strap is also not long enough to use as a crossbody and it's very uncomfortable to carry over my shoulder. I ended up throwing it away at a trunk or treat event bc it kept sliding down. It seems that nothing beats my yeti.”
