“I like the leopard design but if the seal isn't on properly your top falls off when you carry the jug which I found out the hard way - also it's better to drink without the straw, when your water gets low the straw only picks it up at a certain angle .”

“It's beautiful but that's all! it sweats so much with just a little ice and when you add ice it literally knocks the straw out and you have the straw just floating around, and have to lift bottle to drink not worth the money. Worst of all customer service said they can do nothing because it's not in unused condition.”
