“Can I give zero stars The original lid failed so I bought a new one (yes, bought. Paid money to replace a faulty part) and note that I've had this new lid for a couple weeks the same thing happened - the pin on the lid flap pops out and in order to get it back in it has to get smushed so it doesn't seat right ever again. The piece that determines the effectiveness of the lid is rendered useless and instead of a free replacement for a defective part I have to buy the same defect. What a joke.”
“I don't fault hydrojug customer service they tried to make things right, but I have a problem with water leaking if it lays on it's side. It doesn't leak from the spot but from the screwed on cover to jug. I have tried everything to make sure it is tight, making sure the seal is pushed properly in cover. It is a mystery, but I can't use it for the intending purpose of being in my convertible to refill my tumbler on long outings. Turn a corner and it naturally lays down and I will find puddles. Sorry.”
“The lid looks great, feels good quality. I got a replacement after my hydrojug leaked. Unfortunately it leaks more now with this new lid.
I've got 3 hydros (2 as gifts) and they all leak. I gave up and switched to another company. I miss some things about the hydrojug but the competing bottle doesn't leak no matter what.

“It's been three weeks and it haven't arrived. I was sent a bottle with a broken lid. So they sent me a new lid, super nice but that was almost a month ago. So my water bottle is still useless. And I think they might of strapped it on the back of a turtle to get here. ♀️.”
“Not only is tye jug my favorite,it's easy to carry and I love the straw! It's so easy to use and the lid truly stays closed and us of good quality! The customer service team was super helpful in sending me a replacement lid and I was very thankful for their help! Overall great product and I want more of them. And the customization of the mum on the front is gorgeous. Also I love that no matter which way you screw on your lid it always ends up pointing In the right direction of the design.”
