“Replacement came fast and in a timely manner. I suggested they change the design since this is the 3rd lid of mine that has broken in a year since receiving my hydrojug.”
“It's okay, good size and keeps water cold. It's not worth the cost though since it leaks randomly and all they did was send me a video on how do reposition the silicone part in the lid. That made no difference so they sent me a new lid which also made no difference. Overall, it's just not worth the price for the quality you get.”
