“The lids definitely need an update. 2 lids managed to break so far. My other plastic original lid has always held on but the lids for the glassstainless steel jugs aren't made to last. I've had the lids for less than a year and both broke where the hinge is. It's a teeny tiny plastic nub that's supposed to hold the hinge in place. For the price you pay for jug, I would expect a better quality lid.”
“I recently started my weight loss journey and Hydrojug has been the best addition to my life. I carry this baby with me everywhere I go. The size is perfect. Knowing that I only need to fill it twice a day to meet my 1 gallon a day goal makes my life easier to just grab and go. I love that it's durable and keeps my water cold 247. The straw is a bonus. Not to many bottles out there with such a unique feature. My toddler also loves this bottle. I find him drinking more water now that I have it. I also want to thank customer service for helping me out. My husband had dropped my bottle losing the cap piece and I had reached out to see if I could purchase a new one but they were kind enough to send me a new cap. “I reached out to HydroJug for a replacement lid because I was unable to find the lid I wanted on the website. They quickly took care of me and sent me a new lid at no cost because my first lid broke. The replacement lid broke within a week of receiving it. These lids are the poorest of quality. Considering my jug cost me 75, you'd think the quality of lid would match the quality of jug. I'm on my 3rd & final lid. If it breaks, I just wasted 75. Such a disappointment.”
“I dropped my jug a few weeks after getting it and the glass was fine, but cap on the lid was off track and difficult to close. I requested a replacement and customer service advised that they didn't have the purple in at the time and gave me different selection options. I followed up on a month and was able to purchase a new lid. The customer service is top notch and kind and I'm happy to be able to use my lid again. Thank you hydrojug!”
