“I purchased 2 of these hydro jugs. One for me and one as a gift. Both lids leak horribly. I bought the jug as well as the sleeves for both. These are not cheap and I couldn't get any help from customer service or by leaving messages on ig. All I wanted was the lids to be replaced. I don't feel like that is to much to ask. Extremely frustrated

“I don't know why this was designed. Honestly I love my hydrojug and I was so excited that there was an "improved" lid offered. My guess is that it's just about the color options. But first, it's very very hard to snap shut. You actually need to have a hard surface to push down hard enough. Second, and the worst part of it, is that the straw doesn't easily collapse down with this lid. The original, it's super easy to push down the straw, and snap the lid shut. Not this one....it's super annoying. Thankfully it wasn't a lot of money but I would be sure to hang on to the original lid you may already have in case you buy a pro jug that only comes with this "pro" lid.”
