“This was a replacement for my previous cap and it still leaks. I asked for a refund of my purchase and was told no refund could be given on a used item. I understand that it's used but I have had bad experiences with this jug since I have gotten it and I am not happy with it at all. Photo for example. it was filled up last night and I just took a drink out of it.”
“Great! My only issue is that I ordered again and I had to pay an extra 15 for shipping that wasn't accounted for to my post office. Why do I have to pay more shipping when I pay shipping to get it here”
“Ordered two plastic 73oz. Hydrojugs and one started leaking from the lid shortly after use. Water would either drip out the bottom of the lid while drinking or the water would build up under the lid and be leaking while sitting stationary on my desk. Got a replacement lid but still leaks and now the other does as well... not sure I'd recommend the plastic versions as a friend also had this issue. Might switch over to the steel or glass.”
