“cap keeps breaking, and customer service is no help. I've reached out multiple times and they refuse to resolve the problem - I can't believe I spent so much on these water bottles just for them to break within the first month of use. this is a fraudulent company and I recommend you find a better place to purchase a water bottle.”
“I ordered this lid to replace the one on my aluminum jug (which while sturdy has its design flaw). Unfortunately, while solidly constructed, this plastic lid does not provide a seal on the aluminum jug. Water leaks and drips every time it's tilted in the drinking position. Regrettable that the aluminum lids aren't sold separately as those lids provided a fantastic seal.”
“It's fine.. I dropped my bottle one too many times and the original lid cracked. I was a little disappointed it cost so much to ship it here but oh well”
“Honestly, the hydro jug lids are only okay. I have multiple jugs and I've had the lid leak terribly on more than one - like drenched my shirt when I would take a drink. The customer service is good as I have been sent replacement lids, however, that shouldn't need to happen at all because they're supposed to be leak proof but they definitely aren't.”
