“Love these bottles, they keep iced coffee (and ice) cold for several hours!
Bought my first one at Rebel Sports.
The one issue I have is the lids tend to go mouldy inside and there seems to be no way of pulling them apart to remove the mould.
The only place to buy replacement lids/ parts is via the website as there are many retailers selling the bottles but they don't have replacement parts.
This makes buying them difficult and expensive due to shipping costs unless you buy a few at the same time.
My recommendation is to purchase from the website and buy extra lids/ straws at the same time cause my first lid only lasted around 3 months before it was unusable!”
“I really love all the hydro jug products I’ve tried- they are indestructible, keep things cold, and do not leak! Unfortunately the customer service is really bad (it’s taken me 2 months to properly get one order and many, many emails, as well as many packages sent). There has also been no apologies from Hydrojug for the many mistakes. I love the product, but I don’t know that I have the time and energy to be a repeat customer.”
