“I could not find a complaint even if I wanted to. These shakers surpass blender bottles and every other shaker I've ever tried. I love that they come with the shaker lid and the lid for a straw. WITH A STRAW TOO! They clean easily and keep drinks cold. And they're very easy to open after you twist the lid shut tight. Halp, I literally need more.”
“Keeps liquid cold but my ice melts in 1-2 hours. If I'm using the pro lid the ice cubes start to fall through the shaker grate and hit my teeth. This is the second cup I've tried where this has been the issue. I like using the straw lid but without a handle, it's harder to carry into work without slipping. Also a little pricey for just a cup without any working features.”
“I was so excited to get my new shaker after waiting over 2 weeks to get it in the mail and months of waiting for the restock. I was really disappointed when I filled it with my first drink before leaving for work, started shaking my drink, and it spilled all over me. The seal in the cup is bad and it leaks. I reached out to support and was sent a generic response saying to check the seal with a video of the seal on a hydrojug. I purchased 2 of the shakers. The other one came without a seal in the lid and also leaks. 60 later, and I have two shakers that I can only use with the straw lid. I wouldn't buy them again at this point. Giving it a 3 star simply because of the straw lid.”
“Super cute, but it leaks every time I drink from the shaker top. Messaged customer service and they were no help. Unfortunately I can't drink from it without it spilling all over me. Super bummed!”
“Had to get this one since it matches my jug. It arrived with a few scratches but customer service was amazing in getting that resolved real quick.
As for the bottle itself it does what it's described to do. The size is perfect and love that it fits in my car's cup holders no problem.”
“No matter what I do, I can not seem to get a good seal on this cup and it leaks all over me every time I use it. I use another brand of shaker every day and was so stoked when the Black Leopard SHKR came back in stock, immediately purchased it. but have been disappointed every time I use it. I love HydroJug, I love the concept and designstyle of the shaker, but this hasn't been a great purchase for me and it's been sitting in my cupboard. ˜¹ï¸”
