“I love the giraffe design and how it keeps my liquids cold. I am happy with it. I also gave one as a gift and she really likes hers. It is her first hydrojug. However, I am very disappointed that my giraffe design has started to come off already. I have only used it for 3 weeks and hand washed it only. It has gone in my car and home so there has not been any wear and tear with it and I can only imagine that it will continue to come off. When you pay a little more you don't expect that to happen. This is the second time I have been disappointed in my purchase from hydrojug.”
“Bought this for my Mom to use. Really wanted to love this, but the blender part of it is very difficult for someone with weak wrists or disabilities (my Mom has MS) to remove and replace. The snap on the drinking spout, while we appreciate its leak proof-ness is extremely difficult to pop open and snap close. Really disappointing and a waste of money for me.”
