“I wish I could review how the actual product met hydration needs, but my daughter hasn't been able to use it yet. I bought the wrong color jug sleeve as a gift for my daughter. Trying to exchange it is a bear of a problem. Stuck in a loop in the portal, can't call because no number is provided, am at their disposal which means I can't get this off my plate, and am aggravated at the amount of time I've spent on this 20 item. I will not be recommending this company simply because the customer service is actually customer non-service and I have to pay to ship it back and then again to have the new one shipped. Not worth it.”
