“The sleeves are nice to catch condensation and help keep your beverage cooler longer. To me, the pockets are useless; I hate trying to wedge my phone or keys into them. I really dislike the new strap style, it isn't as secure as my other older ones. Honestly, this last Hydrojug order I placed really has me disheartened in this product. I wish Hydrojug offered free shipping after a certain amount like most companies, because it is so frustrating to pay for shipping and it takes a disgusting amount of time for the order to process and ship. At least if it's free, you don't mind waiting the 2+ weeks.”
