“I love these! They work absolutely perfectly with the large jug. I recently had gastric surgery and I need to be drinking at least 64 oz of water per day. This jug and these straws make it so easy to get my water in on a daily basis. Highly recommend and would recommend to anyone. I got the plum colored jug and the neutrals that coordinate colors with the jug so well. And while it looks like they're too big to fit in the jug, they're bendy and have this amazing design that allows you to securely close the jug would not in use. If you're trying to get a significant amount of water in per day I highly suggest you buy these products.”
“When I had original ordered it I was told I would get the item within 5-7 business day. That was not the case. So I got in contact to try and figure out where it was. I was told then and there it hadn't been processed yet. So I then asked to return all the items while it hadn't even been processed to cancel the order as I wouldn't get them in time for the birthday. I was told I wasn't able to as it had be processed. Which contradicted what they had previously said but I let it slide as they told me I could return them as soon as I got them. Once I received them I went to the link they sent me to return the items, but it wouldn't let me for my full amount. I was extremely unhappy with the overall service and won't be ordering ever again. It took too long and I wasn't able to return my items for the full amount. So stupid and unprofessional for not giving the customer their full return”
