“While I had issues with this specific pattern (not as durable and chips more than the original finish). The customer service has been amazing. For that reason alone I recommend them. I love the convenience of no leaks! This is the 32oz. I love it. I would recommend making sure the straw is pushed all the way into the gasket or it may make drinking through it harder than it should be. Just FYI”
