“The cup I received is beyond difficult to open. I struggle, my husband struggles, we sometimes even get a pot holder out to try to loosen the top. This past weekend we went away with friends that have other hydrojugs that are the same set up/size but different pattern and they don’t have this issue at all. I honestly am so mad at myself for spending the amount I did on this cup I can’t even move the top to refill. Beyond frustrating.”
