“I bought this as a gift for a friend's birthday. She never even got to experience the spa day as she had issues to book and when eventually booked the person that would have helped got sick and they asked that they go for half the treatments and then go back for the rest....why would you want to go over two days?
Then when they booked again they were met with no enthusiasm at a dark place with almost no light and unfriendly staff just slouching on the couch and decided that they are not going to go through with the spa day.
I wasted R1100! AS i only received a R200 gift voucher for all this inconvenience from Hyperli.
So at the end of the day i spent money on a gift that my friend couldnt enjoy!”
