“I purchased a 4-night cruise from Cape Town to Walvis Bay on 16 October 2023. I paid Hyperli in full and was issued with a voucher which I used to book with MSC Cruises. I was told by MSC that it would take about a week for the voucher to clear before they could issue my travel documents. I thought that was reasonable, as I had paid a third party. It is more than three weeks later and I am still unable to get a booking confirmation from MSC. The latest that I was told is that Hyperli takes 30 days to pay MSC and until they receive payment from Hyperli, they are unable to issue my travel documents. I find this to be unacceptable, as I have paid Hyperl in full and it cannot take 30 days to pay MSC. I am really unhappy about this, but I am forced to wait 30 days. Regards Kirk Randall”
