“The phone took almost 2 weeks to arrive from the day I placed the order. I received the phone and a charging cable wrapped in bubble wrap. I ordered the colour Space Grey but when I checked the serial number, the colour that was specified was Midnight Green. The condition of the phone was satisfactory, however, it does seem to have a problem with the microphone – and the battery life could be better (assuming that the battery was replaced when it the phone was refurbished).”
