“I bought an IPhone 8 and it switched off while was on a call and didn’t switch back on, I reported the issue to customer service then I was told I need to courier the device to the supplier with my own money for a problem which was not of my doing. Then the supplier said that will replace the phone but when I got the device it was an IPhone 7!”
