“Terrible. Raggedy dirty towels, massage bed had no face opening and was replaced with a aeroplane pillow on leather giving you no space to breathe. Oils and lotions were separated and smelt very bad. Definitely not recommending anyone wastes their money”

“Purchasing the voucher was seamless. The spa seemed disorganized. Our treatment started more than 15 minutes late. The room was stuffy. We could hear people talking on either sides of our room. The massage therapists and the lunch that was served somewhat redeemed the initial start of the experience.”

“The service was atrocious!
There were no welcome drinks as advertised!
The lunch was nice but it’s starters only !
We waited around for long for everything !
The massage was great but the service was disgusting! Toilets don’t smell nice, but the place is generally clean! The staff members can barely communicate! I would not go back”

“I didn't feel good to go and change in the toilet which was smelling. They must arrange the room for changing, please. Lunch should be called a snack. But the massage was good though. But they must ask which one you prefer. medium or hard. There must be a backup if there's no electricity.”
