“While the massage was good I was left annoyed with their lack of communication and also having arrived on time we were made to wait. Even during massages we were still made to wait.”
“We were disappointed with the service of the front desk. I got to Villa Paradiso on time but struggled to find the entrance to the spa. I called to ask for directions, the lady gave me directions. When we got to reception were told that my appointment was moved from 13:00 to 15:00 because we were "late", which meant we had to wait for 2 hours.
The actual treatment was very nice thought. The ladies did a great job!”
“I really enjoyed that massage and the lunch served was delicious however it's not really a lunch meal but a starter. I will advise one to order more food from the menu if they want to get full. The welcome drink is wild Ireland juice and is a no no for me is it's not diluted well and too sweet. I do recommend the spar for people who want relaxation and chill afterwards.”
“On arrival there was no one to attend us, we has to wait and wait, the foot, shoulder massages are done outside with other people, that was a bit uncomfortable, you listening to other peoples conversations. And the lunch wasn't nice.. the only thing that was okay was the full body massage. The service was not great people just disappear after serving you and you have to stand up as look for them whenever you want anything. But then place is not that bad, I think they can improve!”
