“The treatments were so relaxing, thorough n hit all the right spots. Nasal drip n knots literally vanished. The food was yummy and filling. Would definitely recommend Pamensky for the experience as booking process is hassle free and the drive out to Harties for the breathtaking views.”
“I booked a spa day for Hubby and I to get away from noise, pressure, work and kids and just spend some quality time together. The experience was so terrible that we didn't stay for our massages , we left and wrote off the money as wasted. Our appointments were made and we checked and confirmed, only to be told that out appointment time was much later. Alas, with the surroundings, sitting on the terrace with a drink in hand sounded like a plan B. BUT ....
The place is unorganised, filled with loud noisy people not serene at all.
We got cold food , hot drinks (which was supposed to be cold) , the bathroom facility was terrible.
This is exactly the place I would not recommend. I have bought a few Hyperli vouchers before and by far this was the worst one.

“I do not recommend this spa and I am not ever coming back. When we had welcome drinks, I already told my partner that I would not be coming back to the spa. The Villa Paradiso venue was beautiful and the rooms very lovely. This was not the same for the spa. The full body massage was great and we enjoyed it. The foot massage itself felt fine but I was uncomfortable in that the area is open overlooking the reception area and very difficult to relax. The masseuse was further than required from my feet and legs and thus I sat uncomfortably. The head, neck and shoulder massage is right next to the foot massage sofas and there is no space. It was very disturbing the lack of space. We then had to change in the only toilet in the spa. There were no changerooms. The food was ridiculously small. They gave an appertiser as lunch. I am severely disappointed. Do not buy this voucher.”
“The ladies gave the best massage,the hospitality was amazing.We got everything on our package although the menu options was limited. The spa was cold and there weren't enough gowns and "flip flops"”
