“We went for my boyfriends birthday and had the 2-course meal which is MORE THAN ENOUGH because everything is so filling.
I had the Pesto chicken, it was amazing. Parmesan mash definitely has room for improvement but all in all was fantastic.
Boyfriend had the nacho beef burger, he said it was great as well, just the nachos could have been different. I had tasted the fries and they were amazing.
For dessert I had the Oreo mousse which was so rich but besides that the taste was phenomenal.
My boyfriend had the crème brûlée with ice-cream. Ice-cream melted so fast. Crème brûlée was rich as well and a little bit of a disappointment do to the fact that the top wasn’t hard and we all know that a small reason we get crème brûlée is to crack it open.. lol.
The experience was great though, sorta hoped for at least a wish (not cake or anything else) for my boyfriend as when I booked I had specified that it was his birthday and I had told our lovely waitress when she came to get our order. .. but anyways, besides the negatives that I’ve mentioned and the fact that we waited a little while for our mains, everything was great.”
