“I often purchase from Hyperli and regularly I am so happy with these purchases however I have to admit that this experience was underwhelming. Firstly I had booked this in November 2022 but on two occasions they failed to book our visit and one the 3rd occasion I realised I had one voucher instead of two. We then arrived and were called into the room at 13.10pm as they were running late and yet finished at 13.55pm which is less than 60 minutes. The food although nice was very minimal too. I really enjoyed Relax Spa but would definitely not be back at Steam on main”
