“I bought this voucher as a gift for a friend and she ended up going with four more people. They couldn't stop talking about their amazing experience and the friendly staff. This place is very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it to someone else !!”
“The place has a lot of potential. The property has no clear entrance sign and once you get to the second gate numbered 61, the bell does not work. The rooms were very cold which took away from the experience, the therapists use their phones for background music, which makes the establishment look unprofessional, they used a small heater which barely warmed up the room. While trying to enjoy the message, you are distracted by the cold room with no air-corn or big enough heater.
There seems to be no clarity on how long the message is, on biking it's advised as a 3.5 hour experience and with a light snack. It was 2.5 hours even less. This leads to some false advertising. Things need to be clear and broken down accordingly.
On a positive note, they gave friendly and welcoming staff who do their best with the resources available to them.”
