“The receptionist was very friendly.
However, the therapists were not. One of them came into the massage room and literally said "I came to check if you know what to do" instead of actually directing us what to do before the commencement of the massage.
Furthermore, she is the one who opened the gate for us as we entered the premises and she was unfriendly and unwelcoming.
At the end of the massage, I asked the other therapist whether a full body massage does not include massaging the hands as they do the feet and she said when you enter, you must request your "hotspots" for them to know where exactly to massage. How was I supposed to know that if they didn't inform us? I asked this because I came in with a painful wrist and wished to have that area massaged but I didn't get that.
The massage room was called, aircon was apparently not working. Their towels were cold as if they had just come out of the washing machine. The therapists hands were cold as well. I mean why not warm their hands before massaging people?
I am not happy with what we got. I'm actually disappointed.”
