“The lady wasn’t easy to book with and could not be very accommodating with dates and times available. On the day of my booking I got a request at 11am requesting I arrive 90 minutes earlier than my appointment without asking me if this was possible to accommodate. After my treatment, I was getting dressed and the lady then walked back into the room stating she had to get the room ready for a waiting client not even allowing me 5 minutes to get dressed and imposing and going ahead to straighten up the bed while I was still there. Really poor time management and people skills. This was my second time at this salon but the first time wasn’t even remotely this terrible.”
