“My daughter is happy with her lashes. When we left the technician mentioned that they only did a half lash. I was surprised and said but i paid for full set of lashes. My daughter was happy with the half and we agreed to leave it as is. As courtesy, I feedbacked to them about the error in the booking and they should take more care in the future. I told them my daughter is happy so all good. Instead of apologising or recognising their error they chose instead to reply and say the technician did do a full set. A complete opposite of my discussion with her before we left. The rating would have been higher if they just acknowledged their fault.”
