“The massage was good. The staff was friendly. However I feel they can improve alot. I did not receive any welcome drink before or after my massage and once the massage was done they attended to the new arrival and almost forgot about me. Also the space is very limited as there is not proper place to change... I was out out of the room to accommodate the next appointment.”

“From start to finish the ladies were very accommodating. We had a fantastic couples massage, and Tatenda really knew exactly where any trouble areas were and worked on them without being asked. The ladies were constantly checking in to see if the room was warm enough, pressure correct and so on. What an amazing experience! Thank you!”
“The girls were friendly but need to learn a lot. The spa itself was poorly decorated and not inviting at all. The towel in the bathroom was dirty. The massage on one side was totally different to the other side. During the "facial" I got a much too hot wet cloth in my face. As I said before: a lot of training is needed!”
