“-Walls were dirty
-Walls were decorated with glittery birthday stuff
-They played loud music literally a speaker was by the massage room door
-No privacy in the massage room, the reception guy would walk in Willy nilly during the massage
-We paid for foot scrub and they gave us Plastic dishes to soak feet in
-Manicure was free but my wife ended up not taking it up because there was evidently no professional amongst the staff
-My buff and shine manicure ended up with bleeding cuticles and the buff was done until it was hot
-The towels and gowns were literally dirty, recycled, you could smell the previous persons cologne on the gowns and towels on the bed.
-The guy at reception didn’t even know how to explain the products offered
-No signage outside
-Parking inside was safe at least
Basically they need to really work hard on they’re staff and creating a restful private spa.
I will not go back there again”
