“The admin and communication experience was not good. We had to wait 20min after our scheduled time for the rest of the group to arrive. There was no indication of the restroom. I'm still waiting for my photos of the photoshoot because we didn't want to wait another 20min after the ride. The horse guide was friendly. The ride itself was a good experience.”
