“Absolutely terrible. Went for a combo massage treatment and the lady yawned 11 times while giving a massage. Forgot to do the facial and then asked us to complete the form only after the treatments were done.
The staff mumbles inaudibly and we had to ask them to repeat themselves numerous times. When we tried to leave all staff disappeared and there was no one to open the gate for us to leave.
What was supposed to be a nice and relaxing experience was just an unpleasant drag.
Don't waste your time or money.”

“Even though the deal was good value for money, The Facility was a disappointment. It is in a good neighborhood but the house is RUNDOWN, the reception was terrible! there are no changing facilities and/ lockers, the toilet is smelly. The room where we had our treatment, lighting was bad. The towel was dirty( we had to ask them to change it and give us another one!). They reuse the flipflops( very unhygienic)We could hear people walking around in the corridors, people talking! Not tranquil as the advert. The massage session was good and the masseuses were pleasant friendly and accommodating. If it’s a new business, they really have a long way to go to getting to the ‘perfect tranquil space’. Definitely NOT GOING BACK!!!”
