“I had a terrible, bad service ever in my life.
After the wheel alignment (15:30), I drove to N1 North to Polokwane for my grandmother's funeral service.
At the N1 I accelerated (above 75 - 90 Km/h) and the car beginnings to shake terribly.
I made a turn by the off-ramp toll-gate and drove back to the Fitment Fanatics and arrived there at 16:02, and they were closed.
I called Superquick Wierdapark, and the salesman told me that it could be the tyre balancing or the loose wheel nuts.
I immediately check out the wheel nuts and to my surprise, the front wheel nuts were very, very loose. I took my wheel spanner and begin to tighten up the loose wheel nuts.
I drove to the N1, again at the speed of 75 - 85 km/h, the vehicle started to vibrate through the steering wheel and the suspension.
I made a turn at the same off-ramp toll gate and have no choice but to postpone my trip to Polokwane, to return on the next morning, to the Fitment Fanatics shop to attend the poor job done.
It was my third time using their services and I was happy with their work, up until now, where their service nearly cost me my life.
I would request a refund should my car not be properly fixed tomorrow morning (1/9/2021).
I doubt that I will use their services again, this experience cost me a chance to attend my grandmother's funeral and terrible car steering problems.
