“I booked a slot for us, but when we arrived there, she did not know about our booking. Said she would help us. Put us on uncomfortable couches, while the other group had a whole area made up for them with cushions etc.
She just put the turkish delight with the coffee down in from of us & ignored us for the rest of the day. The music went off as soon as the other group was finished & we fell so unwelcome. Never explained to us how the pairing works. Never asked us again if we needed anything. Just sat in her corner watching movies on her phone. The Turkish delight was not named, so we had no idea what we were testing & could not buy some because we had no idea what flavors it where.
She speaks with an accent & when you ask her to repeat because we did not understand, she gets upset. TERRIBLE experience. I felt humiliated for arranging it with my friends.”
