“Buying of the tickets and booking went swiftly. All information I needed in advance was shared via WhatsApp. However when we go to the venue we did not feel the warm welcome at all.When we got there the owners did not even greet us and spoke about us with the guide as if we were not there.Michael who also came to assist me before we took off for the ride didn’t greet me he just grabbed my feet to adjust the traps without explaining anything. Their customer service can really be polished up.I gave a rating of 3 because the guide was very friendly & patient with us during the ride and when taking our pictures. The scenery is also okay.”
